In our January 24th NPU meeting, Enrique Bascuñana from the planner’s office made us aware of an ordinance that pertains to the installation and removal of traffic calming devices in the public right of way. Please review it and submit any comments.

“10-O-0467 A SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE BY TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE TO AMEND CHAPTER 138 (ENTITLED “STREETS, SIDEWALKS AND OTHER PUBLIC PLACES”), ARTICLE IV, DIVISION 2, SECTION 138-84 AND 13885 SO AS TO AMEND THE PROCEDURES TO BE FOLLOWED FOR THE INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL OF TRAFFIC CALMING DEVICES IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
