Proposed 2026 bylaws for vote at the September 2025 General Body meeting:

At September’s meeting, these proposed amendments will need a two-thirds (2/3) vote to be adopted. In accordance with Atlanta City Code Section 6-3016(b), “At said meeting there shall be no restrictions upon a resident’s right to vote on the approval or disapproval of the bylaws.” If approved, amendments will become effective on January 1, 2026.

Per City of Atlanta ordinances (Sec. 6-3016), NPUs are required to approve their bylaws annually. The currently-adopted bylaws (adopted 09/23/2024 and effective 01/01/2025) are located above and older versions are located below:

• NPU M Bylaws: effective 1/1/2014 – 12/31/2014
• NPU M Bylaws: effective 1/1/2015 – 12/31/2015
• NPU M Bylaws: effective 1/1/2021 – 12/31/2021
• NPU M Bylaws: effective 1/1/2023 – 12/31/2023
• NPU M Bylaws: effective 1/1/2024 – 12/31/2024
